I’m Coach Tyus, a certified personal trainer with a background in sports, performance, and real-world coaching — but more importantly, I’m here to help everyday people like you feel stronger, move better, and look the way you want to look.
I work with clients who come straight from work, who sit at a desk all day, who are juggling family, stress, and responsibilities — and still want to show up for themselves.
